Okay everyone tomorrow is Ben's first MRI since we started treatment. We are of course a little nervous about what it will show. So in true Jackie fashion (a cancer mom friend of ours) I am going to tell you what to pray for!!!
Ultimately we hope that the original MRI tech was a moron and there was never a tumor to begin with..
Okay so thats probably not the case so option 2 is...
The tumor has completely disappeared!
Okay so again probably a little unrealistic so lets all pray for option number 3 (but I'll take 1 or 2 also)
Please pray that the tumor has shrunk significantly, that it is "stable" as they call it - no new signs of regrowth.
Whatever they tell us tomorrow we know we will be able to work through it with the love and support from all of you. I will try to post tomorrow night to let you all know what they said - but I'm not 100% sure that they will tell us tomorrow, we will have to wait and see. If I am unable to get to a computer to post I will have my sister Megan post a quick update.
Tomorrow 10 am (CST) happy thoughts, prayers, good juju, whatever you call it we'll take it!

Please know my thoughts and prayers are with Pirate Ben every day, but extra prayers will be said so that this first MRI shows tumor shrinkage. I will stop at 11:00 am (I'm EST) and say a quick prayer for Ben. I known how nervous MRI's are on parents.

Erin, Big Ben & Little Ben,
Patrick said just the other day that "Ben's boo-boo is gone." So from his mouth to God's ears.
We will be praying for either of the three options, mostly #1 and #2but we'll settle for #3.
In the meantime, there's lots of fun to look forward to. Just say the word and Paw Paw Jim will bring Pontos, Leo and Tater Pie for some cowboy fun!

Me and my family have been praying for #1 and #2 since November 12th. I still believe that tomorrow will show that there is only a 5-year old brain in that cute little head!

You are absolutely right - we will ALL help you guys work thru whatever may come. But I have to say, there have been A LOT of people praying for you guys! I am so pleased at how many people have had Ben in their hearts and minds the past three months. It's probably three times as many people than you can imagine in your wildest dreams. Try and get some sleep tonight Mom and Dad. That way you won't be too tired to celebrate tomorrow. Good juju!

Tomorrow will be good, no, great news day! I haven't taken my bright green bracelet off since your Grandma Judy gave it to me Ben and every time I look at it I stop and say a prayer.
